Gail M. Waite

Gail M. Waite, age 80, passed away on December 24, 2025. Born on February 28, 1945, she was a lifelong resident of the area.

Gail was predeceased by her daughter, Jeanette Mitchell.

She is survived by her children: Rebecca Mauro (Carmen), Thomas Waite, Robin Hirsh, Amy Hirsh, and Jenine Mitchell (Kevin Winslow). Her legacy includes 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sisters, Frieda Barthel and Sherian  Lloyd, along with several nieces and nephews.

Gail will be remembered by those who knew her throughout her life.

The family wishes to acknowledge the staff at The Malta House for the professional care and compassion shown to Gail.

At Gail’s request, no services will be held. Arrangements are being handled privately by the family.
